Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

FractalPack ("we", "us", or "our") operates the marketing website at fractalpack.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and how we protect it.

This policy covers the landing site and its contact form only. If you sign up for the FractalPack API, separate product terms and a separate privacy notice apply to your account and API usage.

2. Information we collect

Contact form submissions. When you submit our "Contact Sales" form, we collect: your first and last name, work email address, company name, annual shipping volume estimate, and how you heard about us. All six fields are required to submit the form.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically logs IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request timestamps when you visit the site. We use these logs for security and uptime monitoring only.

HubSpot embedded form. Our /contact page embeds a form hosted by HubSpot. To render the form, your browser loads HubSpot's form-embed JavaScript and may set cookies that HubSpot uses for fraud prevention, form analytics, and basic session continuity. No HubSpot scripts are loaded on any other page of this site.

No general behavioral tracking. Outside the embedded form on /contact, we do not use Google Analytics, session-recording tools, or any other behavioral analytics across the site. We do not track page views, mouse movements, or click paths on the rest of the landing site.

3. How we use information

We use the information you submit through the contact form to:

  • Respond to your inquiry
  • Follow up about FractalPack's products and pricing
  • Prioritize outreach based on your company size and volume

We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Service providers and sub-processors

We share your contact form data with the following service providers:

  • HubSpot, Inc. — We use HubSpot's CRM Free tier to store and manage contact form submissions. HubSpot processes your name, email, company, and form responses on our behalf. Review HubSpot's privacy policy for details on how they handle personal data.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Our landing site is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.

5. Data retention

Contact records are stored in HubSpot until you request deletion. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. To request deletion of your contact record, email privacy@fractalpack.com.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your contact record

Send requests to privacy@fractalpack.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. International data transfers

FractalPack is based in the United States. HubSpot, Inc. is also a US-based company. If you submit our contact form from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. US privacy law may differ from the law in your country.

8. Cookies

This landing site does not set its own tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set come from HubSpot's embedded form on the /contact page — these are placed by HubSpot's form-embed script for fraud prevention, form analytics, and session continuity. They are not used to personalize advertising. See HubSpot's cookie policy for details. No cookies are set on any other page of this site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our data practices change. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Check back periodically if you'd like to stay current.
